Typically, the live calls run from 10am-12pm AEST (Brisbane time) on weekdays (generally Tuesday-Fridays) but occasionally differ.
Themed Q&A / Training / Hotseat calls are recorded and uploaded to the FB group shortly thereafter.
Coworking calls are not recorded.
Not at all. If you do, that’s great… if you don’t, we’re starting at the lush fields of Ground Zero! I am a big fan of Frankensteining things together and starting to make money before you spend it... I started making biz income well before I had a website - socials is a great place to start connecting and practicing your message and offers!
No refunds are offered. If you pay monthly and want to cancel, you need to cancel before the date your payment renews (you will get reminder emails). If you pay annually, there is no pro-rata refund if you leave before the 12 months is up.
Nope. One of our main templates / tools is a spreadsheet (google sheet or excel)... but don't worry - it's real pretty!
I show you how to use tools like Airtable or Asana for planning but you absolutely don't need either of those things.
There's no 'my way or the highway' around here... I'm great at working out how to apply the Batch It Crazy processes to suit you and your business.

There's no minimum time - you can come for a week or stay forever and become part of the furniture. There are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel any time.
If you opt for an annual payment, no refunds are offered if you leave before the end of the 12 months.
Nope. There's a library of training modules to get you started which I recommend you do, and there are modules for blogging, newsletters and socials plus bonus modules as well. These are plug-and-play as and if you need them.
The gold is in the live calls.
Great question! It's preferred that YOU, the person with the message, is the one who's attending the calls, but we can work something out. Please email me on hello@claireriley.co if you wish to send your VA before you sign up.
